Device Purchased Directly from SkyBell:
SkyBell offers a 30-day money-back return policy for customers located in the United States. If you purchased your SkyBell from us directly, you can return your device within 30 days of shipment for a refund. All returns are normally processed within 7-10 business days.

- Please be prepared to send Proof-of-Purchase / Receipts
Accessories Were Purchased Directly from SkyBell:
Accessories purchased directly from SkyBell.com are not eligible for refunds or returns. All accessory sales are final.
Device or Accessory Was Purchased Through a 3rd Party:
If you purchased the SkyBell device or SkyBell accessory from a reseller (authorized or unauthorized), you are subject to their return policy, and we cannot accept any returns from them. You will need to contact the reseller you purchased the SkyBell item from to initiate the return/exchange.
